Yes I know… 6-8 hours asleep is what we need to function and feel rested and I agree, sleep is great and needed. What I mean by sleeping is for the weak is, what are you accomplishing in your life if you are sleeping?
For things to get done you have to get up and do it. Don’t wait for anyone to do anything for you. You can’t seat around waiting for things to fall from the sky and land in your bed lol. Get up and moving the day does not wait for you.
Get up early go workout, eat a good breakfast, plan your day, do something interesting or creative. In the end of the day for some time might just be an “illusion” but to me time does not wait for you and sometimes we have to make time. Life is short and if you sleep for too long it might just pass you by
